Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Key Account Manager to manage and nurture relationships with our most important advertisers within the Export business for our client. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with our top advertisers, leveraging a deep understanding of their needs and processes to deliver seamless solutions that maximize revenue.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience building and maintaining strong relationships with strategic customers. You will be able to identify client needs and promote our client's solutions to achieve mutual satisfaction and maximize revenue potential.Prior experience working with similar accounts is critical.
The goal is to contribute to sustaining and growing our Export business to achieve long-term success.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain long-term, trusting relationships with a portfolio of top advertisers to ensure retention and prevent churn to competing platforms.
- Continuously gain a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
- Expand relationships with existing customers by consistently proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
- Ensure timely delivery of the correct solutions to top advertisers.
- Act as the communication link between key customers and internal teams.
- Resolve any issues or problems faced by top advertisers and address complaints efficiently to maintain trust and protect revenue.
- Play an integral role in generating new sales that lead to long-lasting relationships.
- Manage regular meetings with top advertisers, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews.
- Prepare regular progress reports and forecasts for internal and external stakeholders, using key account metrics.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager.
- Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Outstanding problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
- BSc/BA in business administration, sales, or a relevant field.
- Good knowledge and experience in performance marketing and SEM, with hands-on skills.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience assisting clients in the export industry.
- Previous experience with tech platforms or digital marketing firms.
