Responsibilities:

Assist the Director in defining project scopes, objectives, plans, and performance to ensure the completion of project deliverables according to required standards and client expectations.
Ensure that the construction works comply with all relevant statutory acts, regulations, and practices.
Ensure and be responsible for all safety and compliance of work on site.
Monitor and coordinate project progress and be responsible for all site inspections, planning, and other site activities.
Ensure the delivery and receipt of all project documents by deadlines.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering/Project Management or equivalent
At least 5-8 years of experience with a main contractor for building construction projects (such as track record HIP/ELUP experiences).
Ability to interact efficiently at all levels and liaise with consultants and subcontractors.
Experience in overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation.
