Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director in defining project scopes, objectives, plans, and performance to ensure the completion of project deliverables according to required standards and client expectations.
- Ensure that the construction works comply with all relevant statutory acts, regulations, and practices.
- Ensure and be responsible for all safety and compliance of work on site.
- Monitor and coordinate project progress and be responsible for all site inspections, planning, and other site activities.
- Ensure the delivery and receipt of all project documents by deadlines.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering/Project Management or equivalent
- At least 5-8 years of experience with a main contractor for building construction projects (such as track record HIP/ELUP experiences).
- Ability to interact efficiently at all levels and liaise with consultants and subcontractors.
- Experience in overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation.
