Overview

The Manager, Facilities Development will serve as an internal infrastructure Project Manager to plan and deliver projects.

Job Description:

• Engage stakeholders and users to conduct feasibility studies for hospital rejuvenation projects
• Lead the design development phase of projects
• Manage the procurement process for consultancy and construction packages necessary for project implementation
• Review and approve project schedules, method statements, material submissions, and Permit to Work during the construction phase
• Oversee and manage consultants and contractors
• Develop project governance policies and processes to ensure efficient project management and compliance
• Establish technical standards for infrastructure projects within the cluster
• Lead and execute special projects or tasks as directed by senior management

Job Requirement:

• Master/Bachelor Degree in Architectural or Arts in Interior Design / Quantity Surveying or Estate with at least 5 years of relevant experience
• Candidate with relevant healthcare experience will be greatly considered
• Knowledge in Building Regulations, Environmental Health Safety and Workplace Safety Health requirements pertaining to infrastructure facilities development
• Proficient in AutoCAD drafting. Knowledge in 3D Sketchup software is advantageous.
• An independent team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to multi-task and perform in a dynamic working environment
