Compliance Manager (Insurance)

Job Duration: 6 months contract

Morgan McKinley is seeking a Market Conduct Investigation Manager for a 6 month contract with a possibility to extend or to go perm!

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough investigations related to market misconduct complaints, ensuring timely follow-up actions are taken.
• Perform comprehensive market conduct compliance reviews, monitoring effectiveness and implementing necessary follow-up actions.
• Liaise with relevant Regulators and Government Agencies to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Maintain, revise, and enhance policies and procedures for the effective operation of distribution compliance activities.
• Act as a cover for the team leader and members during their absence, ensuring continuity of operations.
• Undertake any other ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Compliance, Finance, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• Must have 2-3 years experience in market conduct investigations, compliance, or regulatory roles within the financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of market regulations and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with compliance monitoring tools.
