Administrative Assistant (6 months contract) - Bukit Merah

Your Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of project & administrative documentation, including meetings schedules, reports etc. Maintain electronic filing systems.
  • Support project progress and help identify risks or issues.
  • Assist in budget tracking and invoice processing.
  • Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal teams and stakeholders as required.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory order.
  • Support the planning, organization of company events i.e. townhalls, festive events, sports event etc.
  • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails.
  • Assist in administration of onboarding new hire; inclusive of name cards, stationery, induction’s program and slides etc.
  • Support employees with general administrative queries as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive project information as the main priority.
  • Ah hoc duties from time to time as directed by the Supervisor.
Your Profile
  • Education: Minimum N/O level or Undergraduate in ITE.
  • While no prior experience is necessary, having a background in customer service is good to have.
