Automation Sales Engineer [Up to $5.5k + AWS + VB] - Bukit Merah

Job Summary: An exciting opportunity to identify and convert new business opportunities in the Electronics and A&T segments.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and convert new business opportunities in the Electronics and A&T segments.
• Engage with OEMs, system integrators, and end users to influence the specification of Festo solutions.
• Present technical solutions and articulate the commercial value to customers.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and commercial negotiations.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, supply chain) to deliver solutions.
• Manage opportunity pipelines via CRM and meet/exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Proactively seek feedback to improve customer satisfaction and internal processes.
• Contribute to digital and hybrid sales engagement strategies.
• Other duties assigned by the manager.

Requirements:

• 3 years of relevant business experience from the Electrical Automation, Semi-con Industry, or Factory Automation - Electronics industry.
• Open and confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Team player who values collaboration and respects diverse cultures.
• Willing to learn, grow, and align with Festo’s values and goals.
• Ability to remain focused and effective under pressure.
• Strong sense of ownership and professionalism.
