Position : Sales Executive (Up to $5K)

Sales and Marketing of Engineering Plastics & Polymers in Asia Pacific within Asia Pacific.
To set up credit line, review and analyze the financial status of customers and manage credit

control in accordance with our company’s requirements

Coordinating with oversea offices for existing and potential customers of expanding sales.
Build strong relationship with suppliers.
Planning & strategizing with suppliers to achieve the company’s short term & long-term goal.
Monthly or weekly pricing from suppliers to customers / distributors
Half yearly reviews on sales budget set with suppliers / distributors
Prepare monthly sales result / report or as and when required
Establish strong relationships with customers and create synergy and maximizing business

opportunity share from the customers

Support sale presentations to customers for new product grade
Managing and coordinating customer support activities, allowed by the principal, for the assigned customer base and to manage assigned personnel to maximize profit, growth and industry awareness within the boundaries set in the product marketing strategies / objectives.
Maintain regulatory compliance of activities in assigned areas
Support principal in realizing the sales budget for the assigned customers according to the fixed

price list provided by the principal

Manage outstanding invoices / customers’ complaint owner
Provide market intelligence and share within the team.
Manage end user relations by coordinating agent activities, technical services, marketing, and

distribution in area

Diploma / Degree or equivalent
5 years of working experience
Experience with International Trading / Import & Export
Relevant experience in Japanese trading company
Knowledge of Plastic / Polymers industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Independent, result oriented and team player
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to travel for work

Sales Engineer (Up to $4.5K + Transport)

Perform sales functions, including prospecting of customers, approach, presentation, follow-up and closing of orders.
Handle all sales enquiries, including in-door sales enquiries / telephone sales enquiries.
Check and compare costing / estimation against actual costs for awarded job. Budget planning and control for jobs. Responsible for correct / accuracy of acceptance level in costing.
Customer liaison and service; Review customers’ contracts, terms & conditions.
Business development / new market development.
Planning and implementation of marketing strategies.
Conduct market research, monitor business environment, trend and sales performance.
Sets targets / forecast of potential projects and orders.
Costing and estimation of products, ie. Switchboards, etc.
Co-ordination work (internal or external) on drawing approval, quality, engineering, delivery schedule and commissioning issues.
Invoice for completed orders.
Follow-up on payment due from customers.
Review company product capabilities and capacities to meet the requirements of the customers
Take on added tasks / responsibilities as assigned by the superiors.
Follow the procedures of Quality Management System for effective implementation and control.
Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
3 years of relevant experience
Knowledge of switchboards/panels (marine or industrial) is an advantage.
Able to start work immediate
Possess own transport is an added advantage
