We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team in the West Region. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, building relationships with key clients, and expanding our market presence in the region.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the West Region
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
• Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
• Provide regular updates on sales activities and performance
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns
• Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date with market trends

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a new business development or sales role, preferably in the marine industry
• Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Proven ability to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities
• Familiarity with the new business development industry and its trends
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
