Trading Application Support Analyst

What You'll Do:

• Provide L1/L2 support for front-office trading applications (both frontend & backend)
• Troubleshoot real-time trading, connectivity, and market data issues
• Handle client queries via phone and electronic channels in a fast-paced environment
• Analyse incidents, logs, and system behaviour to identify root causes
• Support market events and weekend trading activity as part of a 5-day shift rotation
• Work with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues
• Contribute to automation (Python/scripting) and process improvements

What You'll Bring:

• At least 5 years of experience in application / production / trading support (L1/L2)
• Exposure to trading or market data platforms (e.g. Bloomberg, Refinitiv, etc.)
• Strong troubleshooting skills across Linux/Unix and SQL
• Basic Python or scripting experience for automation
• Understanding of front-to-back trade lifecycle is a plus
• Comfortable in a client-facing, high-pressure environment
