Application Support Analyst (FullStack_RDBMS_AWS_SSL_ControlM_Github_JIRA)

Maltem Asia is seeking an Application Support Analyst for a Wealth Management Client based in Singapore.

Summary:

• Supporting Finance and Corporate Infrastructure Services Applications.

Key responsibilities:

• Support and troubleshoot issues with the platforms.
• Support existing solutions on the platforms.
• Track and monitor updates to the platforms and implement necessary updates and changes.
• Implement, maintain, and continuously review governance and security controls to ensure platform compliance.

• Possess a degree in Computer Science, STEM, or related field.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in supporting enterprise applications.
• Familiar with languages, such as Angular, React JS, Rest API, JSON, .Net, .Net Core, Bootstrap, MS SharePoint, MS Power Platform, C#, ASP.net, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience in database and SQL ,such as MSSQL, TSQL, Stored Procedure, Function, and Triggers.
• Experience in supporting infrastructure, such as AWS, Windows Server, IIS, Azure ADFS (SSO), SSL Certificate, Control-M, and PingID.
• Experience in tools, such as Visual Studio, Gitlab or GitHub, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Agile, fast learner and able to adapt to changes.
