Job Responsibilities
Housekeeping Crew (Frontline) [Up to 1900]- Carry out housekeeping for hotel rooms, common areas, or buildings
- Use cleaning machines (scrubber, hi-jet, ride-on where needed)
- Top up supplies and keep areas neat and hygienic
- Follow work schedule and supervisor instructions
- Report any damage or issues
- Lead a team of housekeeper on-site
- Plan daily work and assign duties
- Check cleaning quality and make sure standards are met
- Train and guide new staff
- Step in to help with cleaning when needed
- Update manager on daily operations
Requirements
For All Roles- Have cleaning experience (hotel or general cleaning)
- Know how to use cleaning machines (or willing to learn)
- Able to work shifts / weekends if required
- Experience leading a small team (at least 3 people per shift)
- Responsible and able to manage workers
- Willing to be hands-on
