Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk duties, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier arrangements
  • Maintain office supplies and general office tidiness
  • Assist with simple data entry, filing, and administrative support to various departments
  • Provide support in organising meetings or company events
  • Other ad hoc administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum N Level or equivalent
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Pleasant, courteous and well-groomed
  • Able to multi-task and work independently
  • Entry-level candidates preferred
