Job Summary

Drive business growth by prospecting and developing new IT and digital services opportunities, managing client relationships, and leading sales processes to deliver tailored solutions and exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities
  • Prospect, qualify, and develop new business opportunities with existing and potential clients across vertical industries by identifying pain points and tailoring IT and digital solutions.
  • Increase sales by recognizing opportunities for IT and digital services, solutions, and products within target markets.
  • Lead and implement consistent sales processes from initial contact through strategy development, proposal preparation, presentations, and contract closure.
  • Achieve sales goals by building pipelines, engaging key stakeholders, delivering presentations, and executing service agreements with accurate forecasting.
  • Manage and develop major customer accounts, coordinating account management support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Negotiate contract terms, conditions, duration, and pricing with clients to secure agreements.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships at the C-suite level, understanding client corporate culture to foster strong rapport.
  • Maintain post-sale client relationships to ensure delivery success, identify additional opportunities, and support long-term account growth.
  • Collaborate with Technical Solution Pre-sales and Delivery teams to prepare accurate quotations and proposals aligned with client needs.
  • Work closely with Operations, Delivery, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery and account management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies by properly handling and producing sales documentation.
  • Research and monitor market and competitive trends to develop strategic sales plans that achieve desired business outcomes.
Preferred competencies and qualifications
  • Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related disciplines.
  • Over 3 years of sales and business development experience in IT services, including B2B and B2C sales.
  • Experience in sales and business development within the Singapore Government sector.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and rapid learning abilities.
  • Results-oriented, self-motivated with a positive attitude and eagerness to acquire new knowledge.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage internal teams (onshore and offshore) and external clients under high-pressure, cross-functional environments.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a large client network considered an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
