As an Executive Assistant, Office Executive, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Oversee and update intranet pages related to Finance and Clinic Operations to ensure current and accurate information.
• Coordinate routine and ad-hoc activities for committees, including the Medical Department Fund, NSC Health Fund, and Medifund.
• Compile and prepare necessary materials for committee meetings, ensuring all relevant information is readily available.
• Assist in the accurate entry of financial transactions, such as receipts and payments, into the financial system.
• Support the tracking and updating of the IT Access Register to maintain secure access protocols.

Requirements:

• Possess a min of Diploma in Business or equivalent
