We seek a proactive and experienced Senior Executive / Assistant Manager, Talent Attraction, to lead recruitment for our financial agents and onboarding. This role is pivotal in enhancing our sales hiring strategy, supporting TA-related projects, and building scalable recruitment processes for future platform enhancements (e.g., MyHR module reactivation).

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for Financial Agent roles, ensuring timely and high-quality hiring outcomes.
  • Partner closely with distribution leaders and hiring managers to align talent strategies with business needs.
  • Drive TA-related projects or rotational assignments like capability mapping, process redesign, or recruitment marketing initiatives.
  • Support TA governance and compliance efforts, including preparation work for ATS reactivation.
  • Influence internal stakeholders to adopt better hiring practices and process improvements.
  • Identify and implement initiatives that improve candidate experience, hiring efficiency, and team productivity.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 5–8 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition, ideally with exposure to volume sales hiring.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive hiring strategy independently.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; able to influence across functions.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and change, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Experience in HR systems or recruitment platform implementation is a plus.
