HR Generalist / HR Executive - Sembawang

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
• Support HR policies, procedures, and compliance matters
• Handle payroll administration, employee benefits, and leave management
• Partner with managers on performance management and employee relations
• Drive HR initiatives in learning & development, engagement, and retention
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with statutory regulations

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resources or related discipline
• At least 2–5 years of HR generalist experience
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices
• Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to engage employees at all levels
