Job Scope:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and related documentation.
• Support performance appraisals, confirmation exercises, and promotion processes.
• Coordinate training programs and keep accurate training records.
• Handle employee relations matters, including grievances and engagement initiatives.
• Handle payroll administration, employee benefits, and leave management
• Ensure HR policies and practices are in compliance with employment laws and company regulations.
• Prepare HR reports and assist with audits when required.

Job Requirements:

• Possess at least a diploma or degree in Human Resources, or any equivalent experience.
• Candidate with at least 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices
