About the role

We are seeking a Senior Executive HR Generalist to join our team at ComfortDelGro Driving Centre Pte Ltd. This is a full-time role based in the East/Central Region. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support and expertise to our organisation, ensuring effective people management practices are in place.

• Supporting HRIS Migration Project
• Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
• Administering employee benefits and leave management
• Driving employee engagement programs and contribute to building a strong organisational culture
• Maintaining HR records and ensuring compliance with employment regulations
• Assisting in salary benchmarking, benefits administration, and payroll coordination
• Collaborating with the HR team to implement strategic HR initiatives

• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist capacity
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment legislation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively partner with employees and stakeholders
• Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to prioritise and multitask
• Proficient in HR information systems and data analysis, preferably in SAP SuccessFactors
• A tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field
