In this role, you will be responsible for various aspects of inside sales and marketing activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Handles new sales enquiries from customers and partners.
  • Handles renewal of customers subscriptions and support contracts.
  • Upsell and cross sell other services and solutions to existing customers.
  • Provide quotations and proposals to new and existing customers enquiries.
  • Provide sales pipelines and follow up with customers for closure.
  • Tracking of renewal schedules, planning, forecast and reporting.
  • Building rapport and relationship with customers.
  • Get quotations from suppliers when needed.
  • Work together with marketing team for lead generation activities and follow up actions.
  • General Administrative duties.

Requirements:

  • Experience in sales
  • Min Dip or Degree with relevant Experience
