Join our dynamic team as a Sales Manager or Sales Assistant Manager, where you'll play a key role in enhancing client relationships and driving business opportunities in the construction sector. This position offers the unique opportunity to work on significant infrastructure projects while promoting premium construction steel materials.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with local construction companies, contractors, and subcontractors in Singapore.
- Identify and pursue business prospects related to major infrastructure projects.
- Promote and sell various construction steel products, such as structural steel, reinforcing bars, and long steel products.
- Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery, cost competitiveness, and quality compliance.
- Monitor project progress and align supply schedules with construction timelines.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and oversee contract execution.
- Collect market intelligence on pricing trends, demand, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in the construction industry, such as working with general contractors, EPC firms, or engineering companies.
- Strong understanding of construction projects and the entire project lifecycle.
- Proven ability to manage contractors, subcontractors, or procurement teams.
- Capacity to coordinate with multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Experience in procurement, project management, or site operations, exposure to steel or construction materials, and a network of contractors or developers in Singapore, particularly within large-scale infrastructure or airport projects is preferred
