Requirements:
- Diploma holder
- Prior administrative and customer service experience
- Proficient in MS Office
Responsibilities:
- Support case work by preparing documents, updating systems, tracking community service hours, and helping with case closures and transfers.
- Handle daily admin tasks like scanning and filing, and responding to enquiries from colleagues and partners.
- Assist with operations such as data entry, processing invoices, updating contact lists, and helping managers with projects or tasks.
- Update online platforms like websites, chatbots, and content systems to keep information accurate and up to date.
- Create and share simple materials like emails, posters, and presentations; help with training sessions and system rollouts.
