Requirements:

  • Diploma holder
  • Prior administrative and customer service experience
  • Proficient in MS Office

Responsibilities:

  • Support case work by preparing documents, updating systems, tracking community service hours, and helping with case closures and transfers.
  • Handle daily admin tasks like scanning and filing, and responding to enquiries from colleagues and partners.
  • Assist with operations such as data entry, processing invoices, updating contact lists, and helping managers with projects or tasks.
  • Update online platforms like websites, chatbots, and content systems to keep information accurate and up to date.
  • Create and share simple materials like emails, posters, and presentations; help with training sessions and system rollouts.
