Customer Service Assistant (Contract Role)

About the role

This is a Contract position based in the Central Region, where you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our valued clients.

• Handling inbound customer inquiries, complaints and requests via phone, email and chat channels
• Providing accurate and timely information to customers, resolving issues efficiently
• Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
• Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

• Proven experience in a customer service or client-facing role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Proficient in using customer service software and computer applications
• A positive, friendly and helpful attitude, with a genuine desire to exceed customer expectations
