- Assistant Officer, Customer Service
- Location: Middle Road
- ASAP – Oct 2026 (8 months, contract)
- Working Schedule:
- 5 to 6 days per week
- Shift timings (rotational):
- 8:00am – 5:00pm
- 9:00am – 6:00pm
- 10:00am – 7:00pm
- 2:00pm – 11:00pm
- Salary & Benefits:
- $2,900 – $3,300 basic
- ? 1-month completion bonus
- Job Scope:
- Handle customer enquiries and account-related requests via calls, emails, and walk-ins
- Respond to enquiries within established service standards
- Contact customers with flagged applications/accounts during KYC screening to advise on follow-up actions
- Provide first-level review and handling of customer feedback and account-related disputes
- Escalate unresolved issues for further investigation and provide operational support
- Assist with updating daily reports on contact trends and service performance indicators
✔️ Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in direct customer service
- Prior experience in a contact centre environment is preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable handling escalations and customer disputes
- Able to work rotating shifts
