Customer service manager
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the customer service team to ensure excellent service delivery and client satisfaction
Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and service recovery in a professional and timely manner
Develop and implement customer service policies, procedures, and service standards
Monitor customer service performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Support the Managing Director in coordinating operational matters across departments
Assist in managing administrative processes, reporting, and internal communications
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and operational efficiency
Prepare operational reports and provide updates to the Managing Director
Ensure compliance with company policies, service protocols, and regulatory requirements
