Customer Service Officer/ Front Desk Officer
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and customers in a professional manner.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and general enquiries efficiently.
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
- Maintain schedules, records, and office documentation.
- Assist with daily office operations and coordinate with other departments.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk/office environment.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE O/N Level, ITE, or Diploma in Business Admin, or a related field
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Previous customer service or administrative experience is an advantage but not required.
