As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Manage and maintain relationships with corporate clients, addressing feedback, inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional manner.
• Handle customer enquiries and support registration processes, including assisting walk-in customers.
• Coordinate training or program administration, including participant registration, verification of eligibility requirements, documentation review, feedback collection, and other administrative duties as required.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments and collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely settlement.
• Maintain accurate and complete records for registrations.
• Respond promptly to enquiries via email and call regarding results, certifications, and other related matters.
• Track enrolments and support payment follow-up processes.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, organisational policies, and industry standards.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure proper information flow, documentation, and handover across operational processes.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level
• Prior experience working in contact centre is advantageous
