Customer Service Officer| East Side | UP To $3,600
- Deliver excellent customer service by liaising with clients via email and phone
- Manage sales orders, purchase orders, and invoicing using the SAP system
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding customer orders; provide shipment support and updates
- Prepare shipping documents including import/export paperwork, LC documentation, Bill of Lading, and AWB
- Coordinate with the factory team on production schedules and shipment readiness
- Ensure accurate and timely communication of documentation and information to clients, agents, shipping lines, and freight forwarders
