Advertising and Promotion Executive (Central)

• Execute targeted research to identify market gaps and translate consumer insights into actionable mall strategies.
• Orchestrate large-scale activations and seasonal promotions to maximize footfall and stimulate tenant turnover.
• Proactively solicit and secure high-value licensees for atrium activations and OOH advertising inventory.
• Lead the end-to-end development and implementation of the annual marketing roadmap within strict timelines.
• Monitor marketing expenditures against the approved budget, ensuring cost-efficiency and financial compliance.
• Deploy 360-degree advertising and digital strategies to maintain brand dominance and consumer engagement.
• Cultivate strategic alliances with retailers to align individual store goals with broader mall marketing objectives.
• Manage complex workflows involving external agencies, sponsors, and contractors for seamless event delivery.
• Quantify the effectiveness of all A&P spend through rigorous KPI evaluation and strategic pivoting.
• Direct vendor outputs to ensure real-time accuracy of tenant directories and promotional content across web and mobile platforms.
• Regulate brand voice through strategic content curation, community management, and interactive campaign moderation.
• Streamline administrative workflows, including competitive bidding, vendor onboarding, and financial reconciliation.
• Produce technical design briefs and ad-hoc creative assets for environmental graphics and in-mall wayfinding.
• Provide high-level administrative and operational assistance for departmental priorities and leadership mandates.

• Degree in Marketing and Communication or relevant field
• 2-3 years of working experience in advertising and promotion functions
• Experience in real estate/hospitality will be an added advantage
