The Corporate Communications Group supports the company’s global business direction by executing communications initiatives that strengthen brand awareness and support regional growth across Southeast Asia. This role provides hands‑on administrative and operational support in digital content creation, internal communications, and web management, working closely with internal teams and regional stakeholders.

Job Description:

Web & Graphic Design
  • Provide administrative and operational support in the design, development, and maintenance of corporate websites and intranet in accordance with corporate guidelines
  • Assist in ensuring website and intranet content is accurate, uptodate, and errorfree, including checking for broken links and typographical errors
  • Support the coordination and management of shared service web projects
  • Assist in liaising with headquarters, regional offices and external vendors on web localisation matters
  • Support the uploading and updating of press releases on corporate websites
  • Assist in preparing monthly website performance reports by collecting and consolidating web traffic data and basic analytics
Content Creation & Internal Communications
  • Support the Corporate Communications team in content creation for external & internal communications across Southeast Asia, including article writing, content vetting, coordination of video production, and event support
  • Support the drafting and development of internal articles and contents, including leadership communications
  • Assist in ideation and development for both internal and external contents
  • Support the creation short-form internal video to enhance employee engagement
  • Provide day-to-day support for internal communications, including intranet content updates and internal engagement materials, and events when needed.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of simple creative designs for online and offline communications materials
  • Maintain and update corporate brochures and internal communication collaterals
Administrative & Other Support
  • Coordinate and manage corporate novelty items
  • Perform other administrative and support duties as assigned to support corporate communications objectives

Skills & Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Communications or related discipline
  • Good eye for aesthetic design and visual presentation
  • Basic knowledge in IT and Web Design, including AEM and video editing tools.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint and OneDrive
  • Able to manage complex and deadline-driven priorities.
  • Good understanding of SEO and Google Analytics.
  • Strong writing skills, Knowledge of photography, videography, and basic editing is an advantage
