Monday to Friday, Office hours

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with IT to pilot Robotic Process Automation (RPA) initiatives to streamline administrative workflows and preparation for official visits
Develop and maintain a prompt library for automation and Gen-AI tools to enhance communications efficiency
Support the review and enhancement of the corporate website
Assist in the ongoing revamp and content management of the company intranet
Support internal communications channels, including content creation, banner design, and publishing of announcements

Requirements:

Degree qualification in any discipline
Prior relevant working experience is advantageous
