URGENT: Planning Manager (NPI/aerospace/precision/manufacturing)

• Develop and implement effective production planning and scheduling processes to support new product launches and ongoing manufacturing operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand, manage inventory, and optimize resource utilization
• Identify and resolve production bottlenecks, ensuring on-time delivery and high-quality output
• Analyze production data, develop KPIs, and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Lead a team of planning and scheduling professionals, providing mentorship and driving team development
• Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and internal policies

• Minimum 6 years of experience in a planning or production scheduling role, preferably in the aerospace, precision manufacturing or related industries
• Strong understanding of production planning concepts, including materials management, capacity planning, and constraints management
• Proficient in using planning and scheduling software, such as ERP systems and advanced planning tools
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Proven track record of driving continuous improvement and implementing lean manufacturing principles
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities, with the capacity to mentor and develop a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
