Operations Planning Manager (Aerospace, Up to $15,000)

Translate demand forecasts and customer orders into executable production plans.
- Ensure material, labor, and machine capacity plans support delivery targets.
- Act as the primary planning interface for program management and customer-facing teams.
- Identify risks related to capacity, materials, or demand volatility and implement mitigation plans.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience in production planning or supply chain in aerospace industry.
- Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and advanced planning tools.
