Senior Resource & Capacity Planning Manager (System Integration)

Adecco is partnering with a well-established Systems Integrator and IT consulting organization delivering technology solutions and project services across multiple industries.

• Assign resources to projects based on skillsets, experience, and availability to support successful delivery.
• Monitor day-to-day project activities and corresponding resourcing needs.
• Perform capacity planning to ensure readiness for current and upcoming projects.
• Track and manage workload, utilization, and overtime to maintain healthy resource balance.
• Resolve resource conflicts and mitigate shortages through reallocation and workforce planning strategies.
• Support project executives on resource management matters and process improvements.
• Maintain visibility of all ongoing and upcoming projects, aligning resourcing with business development plans.
• Collaborate with Business Office, Finance, and HR on hiring, incentives, and workforce initiatives.
• Document and maintain resourcing processes, including utilization reports and workforce plans.
• Manage graduate talent programs and long-term resource development plans.

• Proven experience in resource management within a Systems Integrator or IT consulting environment.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, resource allocation, and capacity planning.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, forecasting, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficient with resource management tools and reporting platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g. PMP, HRCI, SHRM-CP) are advantageous.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI is a plus.
