Temporary Officer (ACPED Division)

Location: Kim Keat Road
Contract Duration: 3 months (Aug–Oct 2025), with potential extension up to 12 months
Hourly Rate: $18.50/hour
Working Hours:
Mon–Thurs: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Fri: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

We’re looking for a Temporary Officer to support the processing and administration of Practising Certificate (PC) renewals and Continuing Professional Education (CPE) claims for healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle email and phone enquiries related to PC renewals and CPE claims/applications
Process PC renewal and CPE-related applications
Generate reports and track PC renewal status
Send out renewal reminders and Stop Practice notices
Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements
Support post-graduate training re-accreditation and institutional self-assessment exercises
Provide general support as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

Degree in any field, with relevant experience in administrative/processing roles
Strong written communication and attention to detail
Good interpersonal and verbal communication skills
Able to work both independently and collaboratively
IT-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office
Able to commit for at least 3 months
