Toa Payoh - Temporary Officer (ACPED Division) | 3-Month Renewable | UP TO $18.50

- Contract Duration: 3 months (Aug–Oct 2025), with potential extension up to 12 months
- Hourly Rate: $18.50/hour
- Working Hours:
- Mon–Thurs: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- Fri: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
We’re looking for a Temporary Officer to support the processing and administration of Practising Certificate (PC) renewals and Continuing Professional Education (CPE) claims for healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle email and phone enquiries related to PC renewals and CPE claims/applications
- Process PC renewal and CPE-related applications
- Generate reports and track PC renewal status
- Send out renewal reminders and Stop Practice notices
- Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements
- Support post-graduate training re-accreditation and institutional self-assessment exercises
- Provide general support as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- Degree in any field, with relevant experience in administrative/processing roles
- Strong written communication and attention to detail
- Good interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively
- IT-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to commit for at least 3 months
