Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and organised individual to support the training and development of future medical specialists within a graduate medical education office. This is a temporary 9-month role, suitable for candidates seeking experience in administration and programme coordination within the healthcare or education sectors.

• Act as a point of contact for all matters related to the residency training programme
• Assist Programme Directors and Coordinators in the development of curriculum and training initiatives
• Organise meetings, teaching sessions, and prepare related reports
• Trigger assessments and collate data for reporting
• Coordinate and ensure timely submission of necessary documentation
• Maintain accurate records to support programme accreditation
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
• Support educational events and related activities
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned

• A-Level, Diploma or higher qualifications
• Prior experience in programme coordination or administration is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
