MARKETING EXECUTIVE (TEMPORARY CONTRACT UNTIL END APRIL 2026)

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute marketing campaigns for events across digital, social, email and print platforms.
• Develop marketing collaterals including eDMs, social media content.
• Coordinate with media partners, associations and sponsors for joint promotions and outreach.
• Assist in developing and executing delegate acquisition strategies and audience engagement plans.
• Support the creation of post-event reports, surveys, and campaign performance reviews.
• Maintain consistent brand tone and visual identity across all communications.
• Manage social media accounts and engage with online communities before, during and after event.
• Ensure IT security SOPs set in place are complied by internally and by external vendors hired to service the event.
• Perform such other roles and duties as directed from time to time by the Director and Marketing Lead.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Events or related field.
• 1 year of experience in marketing preferably in events, exhibitions or media.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g. eDM tools, Canva).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet tight deadlines.
• Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
• Willingness to work extended hours during event periods.
