Field Application Engineer (Electronics)

Provide technical support to customers throughout product development, ensuring smooth qualification and timely mass production (MP).

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary technical support contact for customers.
• Gather and analyze customer technical requirements/specifications.
• Communicate technical issues and collaborate with the HQ Application team.
• Conduct regular customer visits to strengthen relationships.
• Assist in product qualification and ensure timely development schedules.
• Provide pre-sales technical support, including product strategy, roadmaps, and industry trends.
• Gather customer feedback to support product improvements and new developments.
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical briefings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field.
• Hands-on experience in multi-disciplinary system design (electrical, electronics, computerized, mechanical).
• Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts effectively.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities to address customer needs.
