Field Application Engineer (Electronics)

Provide technical support to customers throughout product development, ensuring smooth qualification and timely mass production (MP).

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary technical support contact for customers.
Gather and analyze customer technical requirements/specifications.
Communicate technical issues and collaborate with the HQ Application team.
Conduct regular customer visits to strengthen relationships.
Assist in product qualification and ensure timely development schedules.
Provide pre-sales technical support, including product strategy, roadmaps, and industry trends.
Gather customer feedback to support product improvements and new developments.
Conduct product demonstrations and technical briefings.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field.
Hands-on experience in multi-disciplinary system design (electrical, electronics, computerized, mechanical).
Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts effectively.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities to address customer needs.
