Roles and Responsibilities
- Project planning, coordination, execution and monitoring of all works on site.
- Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities and resolving problems.
- Prepare and update all site reports and monitor progress of project.
- Ensure work requirements meet project submission and project schedule.
- Managing the work activities and performance of the sub-contractors, supervisors and workers.
- Liaise with subcontractors, relevant authorities and consultants.
- Maintain quality standards, carry out site inspections and resolve technical issues on time.
- Able to read engineering drawings, P&ID, SLD, Piping Isometrics.
- Able to perform project management activities like project planning, scheduling.
- Able to prepare project progress reports.
- Good engineering knowledge, organisational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with ability to communicate clearly with team and project stakeholders.
- Experienced with process industry construction sites preferred.
- Prior working experience on Electrical Heat Tracing System will be advantageous.
