Field Application Engineer (Panel Maker / Manage Key Account)

We are seeking a Senior / Field Application Engineer (FAE) with deep technical knowledge in monitor and notebook display technology to support our key client accounts across Asia. This role is crucial in bridging the gap between R&D teams and customers — ensuring seamless integration, technical problem-solving, and successful product deployment.

You’ll be at the forefront of display technology adoption, collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients throughout the entire product lifecycle — from initial concept to mass production.

• Serve as the primary technical interface for key customers in the notebook and monitor display segments
• Understand and gather customer technical requirements/specs, and work with internal teams to align solutions
• Manage failure analysis, product validation, and provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support
• Partner with client engineering teams during product qualification and development phases
• Provide technical presentations, product demonstrations, and roadmap briefings to stakeholders
• Act as the customer's advocate internally, relaying feedback to product and marketing teams to drive product enhancement
• Conduct onsite visits to maintain strong customer relationships and ensure support during design-in stages
• Perform internal display testing and qualification to ensure product readiness and reliability

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in display-related roles, ideally with monitor and/or notebook display systems
• Hands-on experience in Field Application Engineering, Product Validation, or Display Integration
• Proven track record working with OEM/ODM clients or panel vendors in a technical support capacity
• Strong grasp of TFT-LCD, OLED, eDP interfaces, timing controllers (TCON), and system-level display architecture
• Able to communicate technical concepts clearly to both engineering and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and analytical skills
• Familiarity with display ecosystem and supply chain in Asia is an added advantage
