Customer Support Officer (Rotating Shift / Fixed Night Shift)

Job Details:
- Location: Kaki Bukit, Shun Li Industrial Park
- Working Days: 5 days a week
- Working Hours:
- Rotating Shift (Morning: 7am-4pm or Afternoon: 1:30pm-10:30pm), off 2 days per week
- Permanent Night Shift (10pm-7am), off 2 days per week
- Night Shift Allowance: $10 per night shift
- On the job training is provided. First month training conducted during office hours (8am-5pm)
- Liaise with customer on work programs and service activities
- Liaise with the operation coordinators on work schedules, manpower allocation and scheduling
- Answer and record all incoming requisition from customers
- Disseminate work requests to operation teams
- Updating of work orders and schedules
- Prepare calls records summary including subcontractors work request
- Ensuring tools and equipment are issued and returned in proper working condition
- Data entry of records
- Other duties as when assigned by Supervisors
- Minimum GCE O Level, NITEC or equivalent
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive work attitude, self-driven, independent, team player with strong service mindset
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Applicants with call center or customer service experience will have an added advantage.
- Must be willing to work on shift schedules
- Contractual role (opportunity to convert to a permanent role based on performance)
