Duties:
- Handle front-line customer enquiries via walk-in, phone, and email
- Assist customers with account issues, bookings, and general support
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and provide timely solutions
- Provide accurate information on services, policies, and processes
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth issue resolution
- Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions and cases
Requirements:
- Prior experience in customer service, call center, or frontline roles is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused with a positive and service-oriented attitude
- Able to handle complaints and resolve issues professionally
