LP Law Corporation is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support daily operations in our law firm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to basic enquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp during office hours
  • Arrange and coordinate client meetings and appointments
  • Provide general administrative support including filing, scanning, and document handling
  • Assist with file opening, basic coordination, and invoicing support
  • Support day-to-day office operations and other ad-hoc administrative tasks
Requirements
  • Candidates with little or no prior law firm experience are welcome to apply
  • Organised, responsible, and willing to learn
  • Able to work in a professional office environment
  • Training will be provided.
