HR Administrative Assistant (Ref: 37450)

Salary: S$2,800 - S$3,300

Our client, a company specializing in import and export, is currently seeking an HR Administrative Assistant to join their team.

You will be reporting to the HR Manager.

【Responsibilities】
  • Provide administrative support across HR functions, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee leave records management
  • Handle overseas employee administration, including scheduling rental payment, lease coordination, and related documentation
  • Prepare and issue employment-related letters (e.g. contracts, confirmation letters, visa support letters)
  • Work closely with outsourcing agent, monitoring and administering the process of work passes applications.
  • Fixed assets administration, including tracking, inventory control, and maintaining proper documentation and depreciation
  • Manage Office monthly rental payments and allocation of costs.
  • Assist in calculating employee overtime hours for payroll and compliance purposes
  • Submission of government claims (Eg. Child Care leave, Extended Child Care Leave, Maternity Leave, Paternity Leave and etc) and reimbursement of Medisave account for employees.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external vendors on HR and administrative matters
  • Support general office administration duties as required
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
【What you will receive】

o General Practitioner / Traditional Chinese Medicine (GP/TCM): SGD 2,100

o Specialist: SGD 4,000

o Dental: SGD 500

【 Requirements & Preferences 】
(Must)
  • Minimum Diploma in any related discipline
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience in HR or administrative functions
  • Fluent in English in order to communicate with counterparts
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Able to join within one month
(Advantageous)
  • Experience in handling international employees and employment documentation is preferred
  • Basic knowledge of accounting procedures is preferred.
