About the role
We are looking for a highly organized and execution-focused Administrative Assistant to support tenancy operations. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role involving inspections, documentation, coordination, and operational support. The scope of work is dynamic—you will be handling administrative tasks are required to keep tenancy operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities- Execute tenancy-related administrative tasks as assigned
- Coordinate with agents, tenants, landlords, and vendors
- Prepare and maintain documentation (reports, inventory lists, condition reports)
- Support inspections, photo documentation, and record-keeping
- Submit Online Purchase Requisitions, expenses, and required operational reports
- Obtain vendor quotations and assist with purchase order processing
- Track and follow up on outstanding tasks to ensure completion
- Handle ad-hoc operational and administrative duties
- Proficient in Excel and Office 365
- Comfortable with documentation tools (DropBox equivalent, PDFs, reports) and collaborative apps.
- Able to learn internal systems/processes quickly
