Senior Sales Engineer
About the role
We are looking for a talented Senior Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in driving the success of our sales, account management and business development initiatives. Based in the Eunos Central Region, this full-time position will involve working closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that support their needs.
What you'll be doing- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers to understand their evolving needs and requirements
- Providing technical expertise and guidance to engineers, procurement and buyers, helping them to navigate complex solutions and make informed buying decisions
- Collaborating with the marketing and product teams to identify new business opportunities, prospecting and effectively position our offerings
- Preparing and delivering high-quality sales presentations and proposals to secure new business and expand business from existing customer base.
- Providing pre-sale and post-sale support to ensuring customer satisfaction
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and technological advancements to continuously improve our sales strategies
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales preferably in electronic components or technical applications role in electronics industry
- Diploma or degree in engineering and strong technical background and ability to understand and communicate complex products and solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A proven track record of successful client relationship management and new business development
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to help clients identify and address their challenges
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Familiarity with industry-specific software, tools, and technologies
