About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Engineer to join our team at United Power & Resources Pte Ltd in the Gul Circle West Region. As a Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth by providing technical expertise and support to our customers.This is a contract position, offering a flexible and rewarding opportunity to contribute to the success of our Power Generator solutions.
What you'll be doing- Providing technical sales support to customers, including product demonstrations, specifications, and recommendations
- Collaborating with the engineering team to develop customised solutions that meet the unique needs of each client
- Participating in the sales process by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and managing their ongoing requirements
- Preparing and presenting detailed proposals and quotations
- Providing post-sales support and troubleshooting assistance as needed
- Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies
- A bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a sales or technical sales role, preferably within the Electrical or Power Engineering industry
- Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand and translate complex engineering concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively negotiate with clients
- Proficiency in using design and simulation software, such as CAD, HVAC, and energy modelling tools
- Familiarity with industry regulations, standards, and safety protocols
- A customer-centric mindset and a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
