Talent Acquisition Manager (F&B)

Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for all roles, from junior to senior
- Partner hiring managers
- Strengthen recruitment processes, tracking, and follow-through
- Lead employer branding efforts
- Build proactive talent pipelines and develop strong sourcing channels
- Build and strengthen relationships with key industry and community partners
- Improve candidate experience
- Develop and implement initiatives
- Lead and provide support in other Talent and HR projects
Requirements:
- Strong experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in hospitality, lifestyle, retail, F&B
- Strong in business acumen and knowledge of local HR legislations and regulations
- Creative and resourceful in exploring sourcing channels and tools
- Excellent communication, analytical and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities and urgent hiring need
